GoogleFortune is out with its annual list of the top large companies for workers.

The report — which is limited to the Fortune 500 list of biggest companies — compiles information about employees, their pay, the number of applicants, benefits and other perks. Those factors are then combined and the top companies are revealed.

Here’s the :

  1. (NASDAQ:): The search engine wins for the fourth straight year.
  2. (NASDAQ:): Vice Chair Tony Mendoza calls 20 or more workers every day to thank them.
  3. (NASDAQ:): Staff are encouraged to submit innovative ideas for the annual in-house conference.
  4. (NYSE:): Pays “Safety Bonuses” to workers who follow safe practices.
  5. (NYSE:): Workers get regular contact – and lunches – with upper management.
  6. (NYSE:): Multiple employee networks connect and diversify the workforce.
  7. (NYSE:): Ping-Pong tables and “pie-your-manager” competitions.
  8. (NYSE:): 10% of employees have been there 20 years or more.
  9. (NYSE:): Part-time workers get low-cost health insurance.
  10. (NASDAQ:): Transparent practices allow employees to watch upper management and each other.
