Face ID: , reports TechCrunch. The tech company’s statement on the matter comes after a report that claimed this was the case. The report from Bloomberg says that AAPL made Face ID less accurate in order to speed up production of the iPhone X. AAPL says that these claims are “completely false,” and that Face ID will be “the new gold standard for facial authentication.”
PowerbyProxi: ,
MacRumors notes. Dan Riccio, the tech company’s Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering, confirmed the acquisition in a recent interview. AAPL is a part of this organization.
Store Design: , reports 9to5Mac. The information came out during a piece on her from BuzzFeed. In the profile, she claims that Chief Design Officer Jony Ive told her the one thing she couldn’t change in her redesign of the company’s retail stores were the tables. The reason is that these are the same tables that the company uses in its design studio. She says that Ive called them “sacred” and liked that the tables were a constant from design to retail.
