March: (AAPL) March event, reports MacRumors. According to these rumors, the event will see the launch of the iPad Air 3, new bands for the Apple Watch and the rumored 4-inch iPhone, which is now being called the iPhone 5se. Previous rumors claimed that the Watch 2 would be shown off at this event, but now reports are claiming that it won’t be.
iPhone:
, 9to5Mac notes. The online publication claims to have spoken with Apple employees about the iPhone 5se. They claim that the name means “iPhone 5 Special Edition” and iPhone “5s Enhanced.” These sources also claim that the new 4-inch iPhone will have the same curved glass edges from the iPhone 6 and 6s, as well as the same color options. They also state that the device will have a barometer for the Health app, an NFC chip for Pay and that it will run on the A8 and M8 chips.
Car: A , reports AppleInsider. This report claims that a hiring freeze has been put in place for the team behind the car project due to a poor review from design chief Jony Ive. Ive was reportedly unhappy with the team’s progress. The report of problems with production of Project Titan comes a few days after Steve Zadesky, the head of the project, reportedly left it for personal reasons.
