Oculus: Facebook’s (FB) (AAPL) computers anytime soon, reports MacRumors. Palmer Luckey, the founder of Oculus Rift, said that his company doesn’t intend to bring the virtual reality device to AAPL’s computers until they make a good one. He said that the company doesn’t build computers with strong enough graphics processing units to handle the device. Luckey also said that they would add support for the company’s computer if this changes.
NFL: , Recode notes. A new report claims that the tech company won’t be bidding on the rights to stream 18 Thursday night games from the NFL. This report claims that the tech company doesn’t see the material as enough to help separate its set-top box from the rest of its competition. Other companies, including Facebook, Amazon (AMZN
), Verizon (VZ) and Yahoo (YHOO), are reportedly bidding on the streaming rights.
